At Power Tool Pallet Liquidation, we aim to process and deliver orders efficiently while maintaining transparency about shipping timelines and procedures. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time includes order verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times below begin after order processing is completed:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.


Freight Shipments (Pallets & Truckloads)

Due to the size and weight of pallet and truckload orders, these shipments are typically sent via freight carriers. Freight delivery timelines may vary based on location and carrier scheduling.

Customers may be contacted by the carrier to arrange delivery appointments. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure appropriate access and equipment for delivery (such as a forklift or loading dock, if required).


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available). Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Local Pickup (If Available)

Local pickup may be available for select orders and locations. If pickup is an option for your order, details will be provided after purchase.

Pickup orders must be collected within the scheduled pickup window communicated to you. Valid identification and order confirmation may be required at pickup.


Shipping Delays & Responsibility

Power Tool Pallet Liquidation is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays or errors

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Acts beyond our reasonable control

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit lies with the carrier.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.
