Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment verification is completed. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with tracking details so you can monitor its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs, whether you’re restocking your workshop, running a business, or grabbing a bulk deal for personal use.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Power Tool Pallet Liquidation is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier but lost or stolen afterward. In such cases, please contact your local post office or the carrier directly.


Pickup Policy

For customers who prefer to collect their orders in person, we offer a convenient warehouse pickup option.

Availability

Pickup is available at our secure warehouse location. The address will be provided once your order is ready.

Pickup Process

  1. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Do not arrive until you have received this notification.

  2. Bring your order confirmation email (digital or printed) to collect your order.

  3. Orders must be picked up by the person who placed the order or by an authorized representative with written permission and proper identification.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders not picked up within 14 business days of the “Ready for Pickup” notification will be considered abandoned. A restocking fee will apply, and a refund will be issued minus the fee.
